Equilibrato, profumato, semplicemente buono

Non sono un’esperto, ma si sente subito che questo olio è speciale. Il profumo è fresco e invitante, con note verdi che ricordano l’erba e il pomodoro. In bocca è equilibrato: ha carattere, ma non è invadente.
L’ho usato a crudo su verdure, legumi e pane tostato, carne esalta tutto con un tocco in più.
Si percepisce che è un olio fatto con cura, da chi conosce bene il proprio lavoro. Una bella scoperta, che merita un posto fisso in cucina.
