The cedar has been the root of our culture and tradition for centuries. This is why cedar jam, our sacred fruit, is called “root”. Just as roots are the link between trees and the earth, so our cedar jam is the direct line through which the tradition of our territory is connected to the future.

Our cedar jam is produced using only the cedar of Santa Maria del Cedro, smooth diamond quality grown by us. Excellent to enjoy at breakfast; in desserts such as tarts or on mature cheeses.
